When you submit the Standards Assurance review form, NEXXUS receives the information you choose to provide so we can respond to your request and determine the appropriate next step.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, protected health information, or other sensitive personal information through the public inquiry form.
Information collected through the public site may be processed by the service providers used to host the site and receive form submissions. NEXXUS does not use the public inquiry form as a substitute for a signed service agreement or secure client workspace.
This notice is a practical website disclosure and may be updated as NEXXUS adds services, vendors, or formal privacy policies.
